Notes From The Grand Knight

 Greetings to my Brother 

Knights. This is the first edition 

of our new council newsletter. 

We will always have a deadline 

on Friday after the second 

meeting of the month. Always 

check the list of coming events 

so you can lend a hand to your 

Brother Knights. I want to 

thank Matt Howe and Don 

Simon for helping me get the 

ball rolling on our newsletter. 

 Our first fish fry is 

coming up on Oct 4

th

. We 

always need people to help 

clean up afterwards. So even if 

you arrive late we sure could 

use your help. You need to 

remember that all the charities 

etc. are funded by our fish fry.  

 Our Co. hosted the icon 

of Our Lady of the Rosary for 

three days. I was disappointed 

with the attendance from our 

council. From now on lets try 

to have a better response when 

our council’s reputation is on 

the line. 

 The family picnic went 

very well. We had plenty of 

help, food, and the kids had a 

very good time. I want to thank 

the CCW for the extra desserts 

they furnished at our picnic. I 

also want to thank Sally 

Higgerson for helping with the 

kid’s games and helping pick 

up the prizes. 

 We have a few blitzes 

scheduled to try and get more 

good men interested in joining 

us. Please let me know if you 

know anyone who would like 

to be a Knight. My phone #  is
